Laser Cutting

With a name like laser cut paper it is clear that we love laser cutting. The list below a a list of frequently used materials or sub straights the we cut. For any stock that we do not carry or supply we do suggest sending some in for a test run just to see how it runs under the lasers. Each material is different and coatings, laminations, or other factors will impact if something is laser cuttable. We can not cut or engrave metal, PVC, or not %100 natural leather.

Paper

Card stock, vellum, chipboard, cork paper or just plain paper we can laser cut almost every paper type.

Acrylic

We can cut though any color non PVC acrylic up to 1/2” thick. This includes clear, frosted, black, white, mirror and specialty acrylics.

Mylar Sheets

We can cut though mylar sheets making flexible stencils for cake decorating to painting kits etc.

wood

We can cut though wood less that 1/2” thick and that is completely flat. We do not offer rotary/circular cutting services.

Leather

We can cut though %100 natural leather without tanners.

Laser Engraving

Below is a list of frequently used materials or sub straights that we can laser engrave. For any material that we do not carry or supply we do suggest sending some in for a test run just to see how it runs under the lasers. Each material is different and coatings, laminations, or other factors will impact if something is laser engraveable. We can not engrave metal, PVC, or not %100 natural leather.We can only do I depth of engraving we do not suggest multidimensional engravings

Wood

We can engrave any flat piece of wood. Cylindrical engraving is not available

aCrylic

We can engrave any color non PVC acrylic. Our stock acrylic is extruded and engraves clear rather than white.

Cork

We can engrave any flat piece of cork. Cylindrical engraving is not available

Printing

We offer acrylic and short run digital paper printing in house. For long run or specialty prints like foil, embossing, or thermography we can connect you with a partner printer who can help fill your needs.

Our Equipment

To be able to offer these services we run a number of different machines. To maintain quality we will utilize the machine best suited to your project.

CO2 lasers

We have a range of galvo and flat bed co2 lasers. that will cut anything from the our card stocks to our acrylics. We do not currently have any fiber lasers in house.

UV printer

We have a large format flatbed uv printer for acrylic printing. 

Digital cmyk+white printer

We have a few digital cmyk+ white printers for short run print projects on paper or card stock
